Before you book.
Cancellation & refund policy
Please text 575-343-1586 to cancel or reschedule, preferably at least two hours before your appointment. Online bookings require full prepayment; cash appointments must be arranged by text.
If you cancel before we begin traveling, you may choose a full refund or reschedule. Once travel begins, the agreed travel fee—including any applicable after-hours travel surcharge—is nonrefundable if you cancel, are unavailable, or required signers, identification, documents, or witnesses are missing. Notarization fees for acts not performed will be refunded.
We require confirmation before departing. If we cannot reach you, your appointment may be delayed or canceled; payments will be refunded if no travel has begun. If we cancel or cannot provide service because of our own error, you may choose a full refund or reschedule. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Fees & payment
Listed prices are travel fees. Your first acknowledgment or jurat per visit is complimentary ($0). Additional acknowledgments or jurats are $5 each. Appointments beginning after 7 p.m. add $10 to the travel fee. Travel fees are separate from notarial fees, are not required by New Mexico law, and must be agreed upon before travel begins.
